Remote Area Medical (RAM) at Ohio State delivers critical healthcare access to underserved populations while providing students with invaluable clinical experience. Nationally, over 200 members travel to volunteer at clinics across multiple states; locally, the chapter helped provide over $341,500 in free medical, dental, and vision care to 504 patients during their 2025 Columbus clinic. Through clinical workshops and patient-interaction training, RAM inspires the next generation of healthcare professionals to lead with compassion and technical excellence.
