OSU Votes Workshops on Request

OSU Votes offers a variety of workshops to all members of the Ohio State community at no cost. These presentations can range in time from 10 minutes to one hour and are ideal for classes, student organizations, athletic teams, residence halls, Greek organizations, and many more. Topics include:

  • How to register to vote in Ohio
  • Being an Informed Voter
  • Early and Absentee Voting
  • Voting Rights
  • Day-of-Voting Practices
  • Civic and Community Engagement

Submit the OSU Votes Workshop Request Form to request your workshop today!

We ask that you submit each workshop request at least three weeks before your preferred presentation date. This will allow us enough time to assign an OSU Votes Intern to your session.

OSU Votes interns are also available to staff an information table at your event if you'd like us to explain election laws and coordinate voter registration.

OSU Votes Open Workshops

Looking to get prepared for the upcoming election or to learn how to be more civically engaged? Join OSU Votes to learn about voter registration, different modes of voting, how to be an informed voter, and other topics. These interactive workshops will provide participants with the tools needed to be informed voters for both the upcoming general election and future elections. There will also be information on other ways to be civically engaged on campus and beyond.
