Events and Outreach

Stop by an OSU Votes Tabling Event to register to vote and learn what you need to vote on Election Day! It only takes a few minutes to register and our trained OSU Votes Student Assistants will walk you through the voter registration process and provide resources to be an informed voter. No appointment necessary. All you need to do is show up! 

Want to have an OSU Votes table at your event? Upon request, OSU Votes student employees are available to staff an information table at your event if you'd like us to explain election laws and coordinate voter registration. Please submit the request at least two weeks in advance of your requested tabling date.

Spring 2026 OSU Votes Tabling Schedule

Have a question about voting or want to get registered to vote? OSU Votes student assistants regularly table at rotating locations across campus and are available to answer any questions you have as you prepare to cast your vote on Election Day. Below is the OSU Votes tabling schedule for Spring 2026, effective between January 12 through March 13:

• Mondays: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., Ohio Union Great Hall (first floor)
• Wednesdays: 1:00 - 3:00 p.m., Ohio Union Great Hall (first floor)

* Outdoor tabling events are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather. 

Spring 2026 OSU Votes Special Tabling Events

OSU Votes will utilize hotelling space in the Monda Student Resource Center on the following days/times to share informational resources about voter registration:

OSU Votes student assistants will hold special all-day tabling events for the following dates:

• Ohio Voter Registration Deadline (May primary): Monday, April 6, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Ohio Union Great Hall
• Election Day (May primary): Tuesday, May 5,  time TBD, Ohio Union
