What is the LeaderShape Institute?

The LeaderShape Institute challenges participants to lead with integrity while working towards a vision grounded in their deepest values. Participants explore not only what they want to do, but who they want to be.

Dynamic, challenging, and exciting, the week is intended to produce a breakthrough in the leadership capacity of participants—benefiting them individually, as well as their respective communities and the organizations they will go on to lead and serve in the future. Through self-assessment, intensive small group discussions, team building challenges, and more, participants will develop a vision for something they are passionate about.

When is LeaderShape at Ohio State?

The next LeaderShape Institute will be returning for Ohio State students in 2023, occurring over Fall Break from October 12-15, at the Heartland Conference Retreat Center. This free overnight retreat will allow you to dive deeply into your leadership journey.

How Can I Participate?

Applications for the 2023 LeaderShape Institute are now closed. Check back in fall 2024 for next year's institute.
