Beanie Drake Student Leader Endowment Fund

Beanie Drake Student Leader Endowment Fund

Established in 1950, the purpose of the “Beanie” Drake Scholarship is to provide funds to enable deserving students to participate in campus activities when need might otherwise make it difficult or impossible for them to do so. The scholarship is funded by donations from students and student organizations of The Ohio State University and alumni affiliated with the “Beanie” Drake Scholarship.

The Edward S. "Beanie" Drake Student Leader Endowment Fund is the only student administered scholarship at The Ohio State University. The fund is maintained solely by contributions from individuals and campus organizations, and recipients are chosen based on an application and interview process. Visit the Application page for more information.

The Edward S. "Beanie" Drake Student Leader Endowment Fund is managed by a Student Board of Directors who are chosen each year. Contact us at beaniedrake@osu.edu for more information regarding the application process or if you are interested in being part of the board
