Phoebe Cottone Hwang

A native of Wellesley, Massachusetts, Phoebe Hwang is a Psychology major and Morrill Scholar who founded Sexual Assault Prevention & Support (SAPS) and the survivor support group HEAL. Phoebe is a Co-Founder of Lotus Sangha and a recipient of the Visionary of the Year Award from SARNCO, recognized for her dedication to sexual violence prevention, advocacy, and education.
