As a deeply involved Chemical Engineering student from Hilliard, Rachel Varughese credits her Buck-I-SERV trip to natural Tunnel State Park with developing her leadership and collaboration skills. She puts these skills to good use as a four-year leader in the Society of Women Engineers. Starting with chairing the Engineering Ball her freshmen year, Rachel has poured time and energy into creating a meaningful and enriching experiences for the over 300 members of the organization.
