Education: Linguistics and Anthropology double major with a minor in American Indigenous Studies

McKinley is civically engaged outside of OSU Votes and has participate in many civically focused organizations across campus and beyond. They served as a poll worker and are very passionate about civic engagement. McKinley’s goal is to help people understand what it means to be civically engaged beyond voting, which is why she is involved in OSU Votes. They are excited to run multiple workshops and events that help students across Ohio State learn more about voting processes and ways to be involved civically. Outside of her professional life, she can be found reading, studying, and listening to true crime podcasts.
