Kozue Isozaki

Kozue Isozaki, the Assistant Director for Student Exchange for the Fisher College of Business, is a dedicated mentor and leader whose guidance has had a tremendous impact on the students she supports. As a student supervisor, Kozue has fostered an open and empowered environment and encourages professional and personal growth of the students she mentors. Kozue has played a crucial role in developing key leadership qualities such as effective communication, adaptability, and cultural understanding. By modeling flexibility and clear communication, Kozue has helped others navigate complex challenges with confidence. Her ability to create meaningful connections across cultures has shaped perspectives and inspired those around her, especially other Asian American women in her field. Through her passion for her work and commitment to mentorship, Kozue has shown that a fulfilling career is possible when one follows their passion.
