Kimberly Davis

Kimberly Davis, a senior Accounting major, has spent her time at Ohio State fostering connection and engagement through her leadership roles, most notably through her work as a Resident Advisor. Over her two years in the role, Kimberly has gone above and beyond in creating meaningful experiences for her residents, from self-care workshops and football watch parties to helping students navigate Columbus using public transit. As the Resident Advisor for the Business Honor Living Learning Community, Kimberly provides academic and professional support to her residents, even organizing visits to local businesses to connect students with the broader Columbus community. She was instrumental in creating the Taylor Tower Little Library, a project that encourages book sharing and personal connection among residents. Her leadership extends beyond her own role, as she mentors new RAs and develops professional training to support future student leaders. Kimberly’s impact will be felt long after graduation.
