Kathy oversees the Mount Leadership Society Scholars Program working directly to foster an ethic of service with her students and to develop leaders for a diverse society. She designs and plans the leadership and service curriculum for Mount in addition to teaching the seminar course. Kathy gets to work daily with great student leaders on campus! The focus of her career has been residence life and working with students in learning communities. In addition to gardening, Kathy enjoys NASCAR, reading and thrift store shopping.
