Gabie Gilmore

Gabie Gilmore, of Cincinnati, Ohio, is a third-year Enviornmental Engineering major who is deeply committed to fostering community engagement through her work with numerous on-campus organizations, including Peer Access Line, Buckeye Leadership Fellows, the Engineering Learning Community, LLC for Engineers, Architects, and Planners, and the Society of Women Engineers. Gabie’s work exemplifies how engineering and community impact intersect, as evidenced by her work with K-12 outreach organization Texnikoi, wherein she dedicates her time to introducing children in the Columbus area to STEM, hosting events that inspire curiosity, and fostering a sense of confidence for aspiring members of the field. Her work has a profound impact on others, and after graduation, Gabie plans to continue using her technical skills to create solutions that uplift communities locally and globally.
