Dylen Jacob

• Title: Outstanding Senior Award

Senior finance major Dylen Jacob is from Woolwich Township but has traveled around the world during his time at Ohio State. As part of Fisher Global Consulting, Dylen has worked in Sweden, Thailand and South Africa in various roles and challenged himself as he worked to navigate language barriers, understand cultural nuances, and deliver high-impact results in corporate settings on a global scale. As a member of the 27th Honors Cohort in the Fisher College of Business, Dylen also launched the Redefining Failure Initiative to change how failure is perceived and to inspire resilience within our community. Dylen’s goal is to help others turn their struggles into strengths, emerging stronger from the failures or setbacks they may encounter in their lives. In the coming months, Dylen will be working as a teacher at A Grade Ahead before he starts his care as a Deals Strategy Associate in January.
