Dr. Alexis Ortiz-Rosario is an Associate Clinic Professor in Biomedical Engineering who serves as the advisor for the Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES). Dr. Ortiz-Rosario consistently offers unwavering support to the entire organization, actively participates in meetings with BMES leadership throughout the year and attends various general body meetings and associated events to establish connections with BMES members. His approachable demeanor and friendly smile contribute positively to the atmosphere of any event. Dr. Ortiz-Rosario has gone beyond his responsibilities by truly advocating for BMES, including working to get faculty more involved in BMES initiatives.
