Arnav Madani is a junior Biomedical Engineering major who serves as the Professional Development Chair of the Biomedical Engineering Society, where he helps to advance initiatives that align closely with BMES’s mission to create real-world opportunities for students pursuing careers in biomedical engineering. Arnav has expanded professional development program by organizing resume reviews, practice interviews and a mini career fair. Additionally, Arnav fosters mentorship and belonging by connecting students with graduate mentors, faculty, and professionals across various career paths. Arnav’s leadership extends beyond his formal role, as he mentors other members and encourages future BMES leaders. His innovative approach and commitment to bridging academia and industry continue to strengthen BMES’s impact, ensuring members are well-prepared for their careers.
