Women in Business have a mission to unite undergraduate students through their common interest in empowering women both personally and professionally. They foster a supportive environment by means of collaboration, professional development, philanthropy, community building, and participation in engaging discussions. Although associated with the Fisher College of Business, WIB is open to students from all disciplines. This open-minded approach to general body membership creates space for collaboration across professional fields and personal growth cultivated by engagement with diverse perspectives. WIB measures their success by the positive changes their members experience in their lives. Committed to these tangible outcomes, Women in Business is an organization with an emphasis on inclusivity and collaboration for the benefit of their members and the campus community at large.
