Society of Women Engineers

The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) at Ohio State strives to empower its 600+ active members through unparalleled professional development and networking opportunities. By funding travel for 36 members to the national WE25 Conference and hosting the Winter Engineering Career Fair in partnership with the university, SWE provides students with direct access to industry leaders and recruiters. From their large-scale community-building socials to high-stakes career events, the organization ensures that women in engineering have the support and resources needed to thrive in their future careers.
