It can also perpetuate behaviors and traditions that might not benefit your members. In this workshop, we will discuss how to assess your organization's traditions and practices, how to combat harmful behaviors, and re-imagine traditions into healthy celebrations. At the end of this session, participants can start to develop a roadmap to increase a sense of belonging in their organization while aligning practices with their values.
