• Title: Dean's Leadership Award

Prateeksha Prabhakar stayed in her hometown of Columbus to study Operations Management and Fashion and Retail Studies. As a junior, she has been extremely involved in a variety of student organizations, including Women in Business, Fisher International Friends, Pathways for Women in Supply Chain, Studio Dance, Buckeye Operations Management Society, Fisher Peer Mentorship Program, Fashion Production Association, Fisher Impact Day, Black Advertising and Strategic Communications Association, and more! One of her greatest involvements has been with the Women in Business organization, where she has progressively taken on increasing leadership roles to create an inclusive environment where she supports other women as they work to become leaders in the business field. She also made a major impact on campus by coordinating Fisher Impact Day.
