A senior Psychology major with a minor in Bioethics from Fostoria, Ohio, Ericka Kauffman has exemplified what it means to be a great leader during her time as a member of Buckeye Twirl Sport Club team. Being an attentive and reliable person, Erica has efficiently made communication easier within the club. Her high attention to detail has allowed for the club to be publicized enthusiastically and to welcome passionate new twirlers who were inspired by Buckeye Twirl’s performances. Her nominator said, “I continue to be impressed by her unwavering commitment to and leadership of our organization.
